Final Sale — Lingerie & Intimate Apparel

For hygiene and safety reasons, all lingerie, underwear, bralettes, bodysuits, hosiery, and other intimate apparel are considered FINAL SALE.

These items cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing, personal preference, or change of mind.

Additional products marked Final Sale are also non-returnable.

Exceptions apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise and where otherwise required by law.

Returns on Eligible Merchandise

Eligible non-intimate clothing and accessories may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Returns must be authorized before merchandise is shipped back.

  • Approved returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days of return authorization.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when possible.

We'll review your concern and work toward an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund when applicable. Your rights under applicable law are not limited by our standard return window.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing and posting times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return involves our error, defective merchandise, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless a prepaid return label is provided.

For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Sweet-Kitty Boutique will cover necessary return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Customers wishing to purchase another eligible item may place a new order.
